In a world that expects us to be strong, resilient, and unyielding "boss babes," embracing vulnerability becomes an act of courage and self-empowerment. We are bombarded with messages that tell us to ‘hustle’, keep our emotions in check, and inadvertently, present a facade of superhero-do-it-all-ness. But in this relentless pursuit of strength, we overlook the power that lies within our vulnerabilities — the softness that allows us to connect, empathize, and grow.


However, vulnerability can be (and often is!) seen as a weakness — a crack in the armour that exposes us to judgment and rejection, but it is in these very moments of fragility that we tap into our true strength. Embracing our sensitivity means acknowledging our human experience, accepting our emotions, and allowing ourselves to be seen in our raw, authentic state. It is through openness that we create the space for genuine connection and personal growth.


Highly sensitive women face unique challenges when it comes to expressing our emotions.
